OPM in short
OPM is an independent Swedish fund management company that offers systematically managed funds in alternative asset classes. The key to the company’s strategy is to deliver attractive complementary investments to institutional portfolios consisting mainly of stocks and bonds.
OPM was founded in 2003 with a focus on analysis and evaluation of international hedge funds. 2009 HQ Fonder’s operations within hedge fund analysis were acquired. Today, OPM is one of the leading companies in the field.
In 2009, OPM broadened its operations to include other alternative asset classes to which OPM estimates being able to add long-term excess returns. Evaluation of manager skill is a key competence and many of OPMs models for manager evaluation can be reused in other asset classes.
All management is done after a systematic approach in which detailed processes are specified for each step. The result of OPMs hedge fund evaluation has attracted international attention and the fund OPM Alfa has been nominated for best European fund in its category in the HFMweek European Performance Awards.

Martin has, among other, a background as the CFO of the administrative specialist company Wahlstedt Sageryd Financial Services (WS).
Social responsibility implies respect for the people of our world and concern for future generations. OPM has a policy for how ethical issues should be handled.
